The company
Our client, a well-respected organisation based in Witham, is seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide professional support to the Chief Executive and their team. Duties
- Taking minutes during company meetings
- Extensive diary management
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Booking travel
- Creating presentations and reports for meetings
- Overseeing the CEO's inbox and flagging any import and urgent emails
- Taking part in project and research work, preparing the detailed reports, analysis and responses
- Working alongside the other PA's within the organisation
- Organising internal and external events
- Successfully building and maintaining effective relationships with all employees
- Coordinating and catering meeting rooms as needed
- Managing and sending official documentations
- Processing expenses for senior members of staff and board members
The ideal candidate
- You'll have significant experience of working in a PA position
- You'll have knowledge of diary management and minute taking
- You have good communication skills
- You have an ability to work individually and as part of a team
- You have strong attention to detail
- You have a good knowledge of MS packages
