Working on behalf of a local authority, JO recruitment are looking for Housing Officers. The positions covers a wide range of duties assisting with the day to day management of the Council's housing stock as it relates to efficient estate management, including rent arrears and anti-social behaviour.
We are looking for Housing Officers to work from Brentwood Town Hall, Hybrid (4 days on-site) to start ASAP. This will be on a temporary ongoing basis initially on a 2 monthly rolling basis, full time 37 hours per week paying £16.51 per hour PAYE; which is equivalent to £31,765 salary or £21.46 per hour through an umbrella.
Duties:
- Income collection from social housing tenants
- ASB management
- Tenancy Management
- Estate inspections
- Tenancy Audits
Requirements:
- Substantial experience of working in a Social Housing environment
- Practical experience of income recovery and debt collection.
- Ability to compile and maintain accurate casework
- Valid full UK driving licence
