Are you a highly experienced Administrator with either Local Gov, NHS or Council experience?
I have an immediate temporary assignment for at LEAST three months, 100% office based and working within a very supportive and welcoming team.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9AM TO 5PM
The successful candidate will be supporting a Senior Leadership Team within a varies and interesting rokle where typical duties include:
Calendar Management
Booking Meetings/Rooms
Inbox Monitoring
Dealing with Customer Complaints
Answering Phones
Dealing with Queries via phone/email
Dealing with Leadership Enquiries
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Chief Executive, Team Leader, and external VIPs, so Local Government, Council or NHS experience is highly desirable
