Our client seeks an Office Administrator to join their administration team in support of a large design team, focusing on providing administrative assistance to the whole office as required.
This position reports to the Information Manager and is suited to a reliable, diligent individual, with the aim of providing office administration and occasional front of house support to a growing practice of over 150 staff.
The role requires the individual to deal with clients, visitors, and staff at all levels across the practice.

Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive legal secretarial support as part of a wider support team comprising other legal secretaries, senior legal secretaries and legal admin assistants, to a team of Fee-earners.
I have taken an Office Administrator/ office Manager role based in Alresford for a Tax, Accountancy and Legal company.
The role is based in the office in Alresford Monday to Friday and you would be working in a very small team so you will need to be able to manage your own workload and be self motivated.
