This exciting role of Office Administrator is a great chance for an individual with a keen interest in the property industry. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks in an organised manner.

This role is based in and around the Basingstoke area.

Client Details

The organisation is a well-established entity within the property sector, with a workforce of over 200 employees. They have a strong presence in the market and are known for their dedication to providing top-notch services.

Description

  • Taking minutes in meetings / distributing previous
  • Invoices - Collating and ensuring signed invoices are issued to finance team
  • Drafting forms for PM's to review
  • Keeping track of material samples
  • Processing site mail once PM brings back
  • Folder management
  • Utilities management
  • Management of pool cars; diary and maintenance checks
  • Oversee office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed
  • Director support/PA
  • ESG - Office level reporting / action plan
  • Processing office Mail
  • Collate expenses and issue to finance
  • Arrange meetings for Directors / Projects / Operations team
  • Take notes form delivery team when out the office
  • Provide first point of contact when people visit
  • Establish and implement office policies and procedures to maintain office order and efficiency
  • Provide the Directors with regular reports and updates.

Profile

A successful Office Admin should have:

  • A strong understanding of office management systems and procedures
  • Happy to work 10:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An educational background in Business Administration or a related field.
