Reporting directly into the MD this is a stand alone role. Salary £50-55k, good benefits and a hybrid working pattern The Role We are looking for an Operations Manager with relevant operations experience and transferable skills. Ideally you will have a FMCG production background and be able to ensure that the right stock in the right quantity ends up in the right place!! Job Duties: Production planning and scheduling Manage contract partners Oversee accuracy of information in the production management system including goods out to billing Booking of 3rd party movements Site/Office Management, Legal compliance, site Consumables and site Maintenance Supplier Management (e.g. utilities/waste/phone/internet) Management of packaging materials Financial control and Invoice approval Skills and Qualifications: A knowledge of the manufacturing food & drink industry is advantageous but not essential. The individual will require a range of skills:- Organised and structured, Task Oriented, Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Good Math Skills and Computer Literacy (especially Microsoft office), Customer Relations, Crisis Management, Administrative Skills, Attention to Detail
