We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and optimizing processes to meet business objectives.
Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional communication.
- Recruit, train, and supervise operational staff to ensure high performance levels.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards , Manage work to RAMS.
Skills:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- NVQ Level 2 Drilling & Sawing
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
CSCS card
Monday - Friday - Office hours plus onsite when required.
£55k plus company car.
