A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Basildon.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Fostering a positive work environment and promoting team collaboration.
- Ordering plant and materials from suppliers
- Creating purchase orders
- Ensuring invoices are matched against goods orders
- Organizing materials and machineries for deliveries on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Leadership and People Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, management, and external partners.
- Familiarity with the construction industry-specific tools and software, and a good understanding of technology and automation.
- Full clean driving license
- Valid Flt license
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 6am-3pm
- Overtimes available
