The role involves providing high-quality administrative and executive support to management, primarily the Operations Manager.
This role involves ensuring that all orders are processed, updated, and dispatched in a timely and cost-effective manner, within the relevant customer guidelines, maintaining customer satisfaction.
The successful Operations Coordinator is to work within the AOG Operations team, to complete shipments from start to finish ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
The role will involve
Investigate and implement the most cost-effective dispatch of each shipment in accordance with the customers' instructions.
Ensure quotation requests from customers are responded to in a timely manner, providing required follow up and inputting into the company system if the quotation comes to fruition.
