Operations Coordinator

My client, a small, well established educational membership organisation, with offices based in Central London, seek an Operations Coordinator to provide high quality administrative support to the Operations Team.

A large proportion of of the role will be supporting the Accreditation Department, which is a formal process available to the members, you will work closely with the Accreditation Manager, will be responsible for administrative processes relating to the accreditations available.

The remainder of the role will be supporting other departments, with general administration and logistics, particularly the Marketing and Education Department in the run up to events. For flagship events such as an annual conference, this role will work closely with the Marketing and Education Manager.

Other main duties will include;

Provide comprehensive support to members including managing first line telephone and email queries, resolve portal log in and site access queries and mailing out certificates and other member resources.

Provide full administrative support to the BSE office team including assisting with travel booking, assisting with venue search and meeting bookings, creating questionnaires on Survey Monkey and ordering stationery and keeping an inventory.

Implement and maintain effective filing systems for storage and retrieval of information including paper and electronic files.

Occasionally attend and support at events which occur outside normal working hours, in particular attend the Annual Conference and some practical exams.

The right candidate for this role will have previous administration experience, enjoy working in a team and have great communication skills and attention to detail.

This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week to be in the office.
