Main Purpose of the Job
The M&E Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the in-house engineering team and third-party contractors to deliver planned preventative (PPM) and emergency reactive maintenance across the portfolio.

Key qualities we are looking from the Maintenance Manager
As Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for the effective maintenance management of all Engineering and Maintenance operations within the Hotel Property, including Energy Conservation.
You are also responsible for the development of the Engineering Team and staying abreast of compliance regulations and procedures in the field of Engineering, as required for the hotel standards.
The ideal candidate will have the following Skills and Knowledge
Experience in being a Maintenance Manager in a 5 Luxury Hotel Property or a proactive Assistant Maintenance Manager looking to step up their position.
The Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
The Property Manager may, in cases of a large portfolio, have an assistant property manager to work alongside them and should endeavour to develop the individual's skills for succession management.
This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.
As Customer Support & Resolutions Manager, you will lead on our response to complaints, MP and Councillor enquiries, and management of complex and high profile cases, working alongside other colleagues and partnering contractors to identify lessons learned and service improvements.
Our Repairs Services are responsible for the provision and delivery of high quality, effective and responsive estate services and repairs to our customers, residents, homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and respond to complaints in line with our Complaints Policy and Procedure.
