You will be responsible for overseeing Facilities Maintenance works across a busy hotel. You'll enjoy the variation of working hands-on with Maintenance Technician works as well as management tasks with overseeing all maintenance activity on site.
This role is working on a rotating shift of 5 out of 7 days a week (40-hours a week) - will be including weekends.

THE ROLE:
- Overseeing property maintenance, repair work, and compliance across a hotel building
- Hybrid role - working hands on with maintenance but also managing all maintenance activities
- 5 out of 7 days a week Monday through to Sunday
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience in a Handyperson/Maintenance/Trades/FM role
- Team Leading, Supervisory, Management experience
