Job Description
Our client, a leading and fast-paced facilities management company, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
This role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, ensuring that customer requests and engineer schedules are effectively handled.
General
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their needs and coordinating with engineers across a range of services, including electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and drainage.
The position will involve providing accurate price and delivery information, and the ordering of machines and accessories from our principal suppliers in Germany and Japan.
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday - Office based
£24,000 - £28,000 DOE.
