Trust Location North Tees Hospital / Hartlepool Hospital - post will be based at Hartlepool, but cross site working may be required.
What you'll be responsible for
Undertake a full range of administrative support tasks, both within clinical administrative departments and onward and clinic areas as and when required in line with service needs and priorities.
Be fully conversant with and adhere to all work-related policies, procedures and guidelines, ensuring that all work outputs are completed as required and that all related targets and timescales are met.
We are currently working with an established client who is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team, ideally experience in SAP Business One, Sage Payroll, Sage Manufacturing 50 would be an advantage.
Day to day duties will include
Prepare and fast check customer invoices before sending via email or post etc.
Credit Control including dealing with slow payers.
