Accounts Assistant

Your new role

Working within a team of three finance professionals, the role is initially temporary, covering maternity leave, but with the possibility of the role becoming permanent,
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volume purchase ledger invoices.
  • Raising sales ledger invoices
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • VAT Returns
  • Assisting with the preparation of accounts
  • Preparation of financial analysis and reports.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an outgoing and dynamic individual with a financial background. Ideally, studying towards AAT or AAT qualified.
You will have commercial acumen, bringing ideas and suggestions to the finance team.
Experience of Sage system is essential, as well as Excel.
