You should have: Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or above Current, extensive and relevant vocational experience Experience of being in a senior care role Expertise within Dementia, Learning Disabilities and Adult Health and Social Care Settings Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines Strong communication and self-motivation skills Experience of working autonomously Experience of operating within WBL/education environment GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent) It would be great if you also had at least a Level 3 Teaching qualification, but we can help you to achieve that from the beginning. Location: Travel within the UK and Overseas My client is a leader in the Naval, Surveillance, and Government market sectors. Job Scope: The Training Specialist will be a key member of the team responsible for developing, planning, and delivering training for their equipment and selected third-party equipment. This customer-facing role demands a confident manner, smart appearance, and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels within the company and with customers. What You Bring: Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers and have excellent written English skills to create top-notch training materials. Network Know-How: Practical knowledge of computer networking. Confidence: Some experience in delivering training or the confidence to step up and do it. Tech Background: Understanding of electrical systems, computers, and networks. Flexible: Willingness to work at heights (training provided) and travel at short notice. Industry Insight: Experience in Radars, with radio frequency knowledge being a advantage.
