Our client, a specialist Domestic Violence charity, is looking to recruit a Training and Development Manager to manage and coordinate development of their training offer, including DAHA/Housing Training and Health Training.
Based: Remote
Synopsis of duties
Oversee the creation and development of training content, including the Housing DAHA team, the wider Housing team, and Health projects, including the Whole Health Approach and understanding of Women's Health strategy.
The Learning & Development Officer will deliver selected training sessions on our talent development programme for new and existing employees and work closely with the delivery team and wider Learning & Development functions.
Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality learning within the remits of the talent development programme at level 3 and evaluating existing material so that it is fit for purpose.
We are now recruiting for a Learning & Development Officer to support the changing needs of our people and our business.
We are looking for a Training/Workshops Manager with a deep understanding of how working with families and the principles of Positive Behaviour Support can transform the lives of people with learning disabilities whose behaviours challenge.
This is a hybrid-working role offering flexible working hours.
