The role of the Training and Development Coordinator / Administrator is essential to the smooth running of the training programmes, providing comprehensive administrative and event support.
The Training and Development Coordinator / Administrator works closely with the Head of Training and Training Advisors to ensure the successful delivery of development initiatives across the organisation.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Administrator/Coordinator to use their knowledge, skill set, and experience to co-ordinate end-to-end AI/data focused training activities to ensure the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programmes for both employees & clients.
The Role

Mostly remote - with ad hoc travel into either the London or Portsmouth office.

This person will be responsible for the day to day running of our training rooms and for supporting the L&D advisors to provide learning and development solutions to the business.
You will be working closely with the rest of the L&D team to ensure that the learning solutions we offer to employees are delivered in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
