Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large global company who are looking for an experienced HR/L&D Administrator to join their team on a 12 month contract basis. As L&D Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the L&D Advisors to provide learning and development solutions to the business.

THE ROLE:

Some of your responsibilities as a HR/L&D Administrator:

  • Support the team in planning, organising and coordinating training events.
  • Administrating the training management system, updating training records, addressing duplicate entries, validating data, and generating reports for various departments.
  • Collaborating with external vendors, liaising with third party agencies and training providers.
  • Coordinating training courses from start to finish.
  • Handling L&D-related queries, either resolving them directly or escalating more complex issues when necessary.
  • Manage the security refresher training process, ensuring all training is carried out within required timescales and records are maintained.
  • Take responsibility for administration for a designated set of training courses, including mastering Performance Management, Technical Foundation Programme & Lean Six Sigma (amongst others)
  • Apprenticeship program support, including management of internal records and issuing documentation and communication to learners

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal L&D Administrator will have:

  • Previous experience in a L&D administration role or similar.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Customer focused mindset.
  • Confident using the full MS Office suite, especially well in Excel.
  • Relationship-building skills.
  • Experience of organising training events would be really helpful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For this role, you will need to obtain the national security clearances.
