I am working with an organisation in Oxford, who are looking for an L&D Manager to join their small team on a part-time (3 days pw) basis.You will lead the development of a supportive and impactful training and development programme.
Working in partnership with the SLT to understand employee requirements, whilst designing and delivering learning solutions.
Reporting Director of Finance, your role will be to drive the L&D projects to bring positive change and improvements that will contribute to achieving goals.
This is a newly created role within the organisation, reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, and working with HR and the SLT to develop and take ownership of the L&D function, from understanding needs analysis to creating training and development frameworks, delivering online and in-person training across different business areas and embedding ongoing learning within the organisation.
