I am working with an organisation in Oxford, who are looking for an L&D Manager to join their small team on a part-time (3 days pw) basis.You will lead the development of a supportive and impactful training and development programme. Working in partnership with the SLT to understand employee requirements, whilst designing and delivering learning solutions.
Reporting Director of Finance, your role will be to drive the L&D projects to bring positive change and improvements that will contribute to achieving goals.
You will project manage the implementation of key programmes, provide mentoring support, create departmental L&D plans ensuring that the effectiveness is measured, and ensure training and development is implemented effectively. The organisation is seeking a self-starter with a flexibility and willingness to learn and use their own initiative who has had experience working within an L&D team or leading it.
