The Role
As the Head of Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and enhancement of our client's sports programmes and events.
Working across a range of sectors within the business, responsible for assisting senior team members of the teams with start-up, administering and controlling all aspects of a number of projects.
This includes, but not limited to administration of the project plan, project documentation, time reporting and financial controls; assist in maintaining project schedules, develop and maintain project control processes and also facilitating and coordinating the delivery of design deliverables.
This role is also responsible for producing month-end project financial reports as required by the Accounts department.
The People Coordinator is responsible for providing first line HR advisory and operational support to employees and helping the People Operations Manager and Director of People & Culture in delivering initiatives and projects in support of the People & Culture strategy.

Key accountabilities
Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR advisory queries in relation to policies, processes, performance management etc with appropriate escalation for more complex issues to a the People Operations Manager or a People Business Partner.
