We are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our client based in Milton Keynes
Hours of work 6am-6pm 3 shifts per week (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday x 4 weeks and then onto Wednesday, Thursday and Friday x 4 weeks with a shift change over in between.)
We are seeking a dedicated Enquiry Service Team Leader to maintain the reputation of our client for excellence with a first-class, multi-channel service.
You'll ensure accurate information is provided promptly and motivate the team to meet department targets.
This role includes training and resource planning to enhance customer service across all channels.
You will be responsible for guiding the team in Agile best practices, helping to remove impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, continuous flow of value, and consistent quality.
You will play a key role in leading a cultural shift towards adopting agile scrum methodologies across our software engineering delivery teams.
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our IT Delivery Team in Milton Keynes.
