Our client are a well-established and professional publishers who are seeking a Team Leader based in Milton Keynes on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Team Leader
- Manage a small production/warehouse team.
- Prioritise staff assignments to ensure demands and targets are met.
- Monitor and control performances and report on progress.
- Ensure work meets customers turnaround time.
- Review staff and shift performance.
- Continuous improvement.
- Ensure production equipment is maintained and serviced.
- Ensure compliance in the SOP.
Requirements for a successful Team Leader
- Minimum 3 year's Warehouse Supervisory experience in a busy high-volume environment.
- Experience working in a FMCG environment.
- Experience managing and leading a small team.
- Lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills.
