Duties
Processing purchase invoices coming into the office Processing Sub Contractor Invoices Monthly CIS Return Closing Purchase Ledger at month end Closing Sub Contractor ledger at month end Dealing with Hire Purchase Schedules Ad hoc payment processing Set up new Sub Contractors and ensuring we have all relevant documentation Maintaining Sub Contractor documentation Sub Contractor payment runs (weekly & monthly) Reconciling Sub Contractor Accounts Updating cashbook Internal Plant Journals Processing Stores Orders Monthly Accruals.
