Accounts Assistant

Our client is seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to play a key role in the finance department.

Job Description:

  • Helping with data entry, reconciling bank statements, and processing invoices.
  • Preparing financial reports, assisting with audits, and monitoring budgets.
  • Tackling clerical tasks to keep our financial operations running smoothly.

Person specification:

  • A good grasp of MS Excel and some experience with accounting software.
  • Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team.
  • A bit of knowledge about budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Some experience or training in finance.

Additional Information:

  • Based in West Molesey
  • £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
