A fantastic opportunity has become available within our People Team we are on the hunt for a dynamic HR Administrator who is passionate about the day-to-day HR and Recruitment processes.
This is an exciting opportunity on a full time, fixed term contract for ten (10) months maternity cover and offering an immediate start.
General
The successful candidate will be required to work from our head office located in HemelHempstead, you will be the face of the People Team, acting as first point of contact from a HR perspective for the day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Having excellent Microsoft teams and outlook knowledge is essential.
Job Roles Include Managing the incoming and outgoing post Managing and processing CTPLD's referrals Taking minutes for various sensitive meetings including safeguarding and best interest meetings Monitoring the phones and voice mail for CTPLD Duty Line Monitoring the CTPLD and Autism Admin inbox Help maintain CTPLD's records and data quality Assist with Data performance reports Supporting the Community Team for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism with any relevant Admin Tasks.
We are looking for a hard working individual for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
We are looking for a full time Team Administrator to work in this varied and interesting role within the Children, Families & Learning Business Support Team, based at either Woodhatch Place, Reigate, RH2 8EF or Dakota Building, Weybridge, KT13 0YP.
This is a fixed term contract/ secondment opportunity until 30th June 2025.
The starting salary for this role is £26,777 per annum for working 36 hours week.
