Customer Service Advisor / Temporary / Coalville / Fully office based
The Customer Service Advisor is a key role within the business, acting as first point of contact for our customers, covering a range of queries from paying rent to reporting repairs, dealing with sensitive issues, treating each customer with respect and consideration.
No two days are the same, you will learn 'on the job' so there is no need for housing experience, but a background in contact centre work will help, along with a passion for Customer Service.
Our client, a multi-award-winning Business Consultancy, is looking for a VIP VAT Advisor to join their large & growing team of 50 Advisors and Consultants.
This position has the option of being fully remote or hybrid.
The VIP team support a portfolio of accountancy firms ranging from Sole Practitioners to Top 100 practices by providing a telephone consultancy service on all aspects of VAT.
Initially the role will support our ERP system, internally developed applications, and collaboration systems.
Our Development team is currently building a Core Application Support function that will be responsible for 2nd line support of Fisher German Business Systems.
