About you:?

You are a dynamic QA Engineer passionate about technology and teamwork, thriving in an agile environment. You deliver high-quality solutions, mentor junior members, and contribute to planning and technical solutions.

Access Assure is a leading remote monitoring platform. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will drive the QA process for the Assure Home Hub, including its hardware and firmware.

Day-to-day, you will:?

  • Improve internal Quality Assistance processes in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring QA standards are established, coached, and followed.
  • Gather test requirements based on industry standards (ISO9001, EN 50134) and design testing to meet acceptance criteria using various languages and technologies.
  • Manage effective test ware control, maintain and version control test packs, and encourage automation design principles and best practices.
  • Participate in defect identification, replication, and communication, conduct static reviews, collaborate with development and product teams, and develop testing frameworks for hardware products on critical infrastructure.?

Your skills and experiences might also include:??

  • Expertise in test design techniques for optimal coverage, including requirements coverage, end-to-end testing, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, exploratory testing, user paths and scenarios, and data-driven testing.
  • Extensive experience in the testing life cycle, including test methodologies, defining test plans and scripts, test execution, and defect management.
  • Experience with hardware products, IoT device testing, and testing against industry standards, specifications, and business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, good understanding of risk and risk-based testing, and experience in developing and improving test processes.
