About you:?

You have a proven track record in successful IT organizations, including technical roles (engineering, design, architecture, business analysis) and management. Your expertise in managing large-scale, enterprise estates is essential.

Your role balances technology and business management. You will lead proactive design and architecture, service improvement, and project delivery, while providing hands-on technical expertise. Your time will be split between managing and growing the Technical Services team and providing architecture leadership.

Day-to-day, you will:?

  • ?Manage and lead a highly-skilled team of technical experts, fostering a culture of cross-disciplinary skills.
  • Drive the maturity of architecture principles and practices, creating standard, repeatable designs for proactive initiatives.
  • Own and develop the Tech Services Roadmap, covering a 3-year horizon.
  • Ensure the Tech Services team meets its KPIs and project milestones, maintaining high productivity and staff engagement.

Your skills and experiences might also include:??

  • Experience in a corporate IT environment with a thorough understanding of IT infrastructure (network, servers, storage, end user devices).
  • Experience managing a team of 5-10 highly-skilled technical experts, both locally and globally.
  • Experience managing budgets and financials to ensure team operations stay within budget.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage 3rd parties, with strong communication and presentation skills.
