We are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer with technical sales experience to join a global leader in the manufacture of HVAC products. This role is field based and will cover the South of England, with a preference for you to be based in Surrey, Hampshire or Dorset postcode. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30 with flexibility required to meet customer requirements, and offering a basic salary of £40-45k per annum dependent on experience plus bonus and excellent benefits as below. As Technical Sales Engineer, you will be covering postcodes: KT, GU, SO, PO, BH, DT selling clean air products and services to both existing and prospective clients. This is a solution selling role so you will need to build relationships to find out what products are right for clients as a business. Your main responsibilities will include: Mapping and management of sales channels New and replacement (after-market) opportunities and sales Preparation of high value or complex quotations for delivery through the local sales entity Achieve significant growth at identified key accounts Planning ahead geographical area sales activities Attending sales and site survey appointments, self-booking your own appointments We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience: Previous experience as Technical Sales, Business Development Manager or Field Sales Representative selling technical product(s) or HVAC Demonstrate a strong proven track record of sales growth in any businesses or markets Strong relationship builder with the ability to work collaboratively to create a results driven, team-oriented environment Ability to analyse and overcome obstacles in the sales environment Outstanding consultative/ solution sales approach with the ability to interact at all levels Good IT skills including MS Office Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint as well as use of CRM systems Overnight stays will be required from time to time for sales meetings and exhibitions Benefits Include: Extensive product training will be provided Annual commission based on sales growth Laptop, mobile, company credit card Company car & fuel card Company pension scheme Please apply today or call us to discuss this Technical Sales Engineer role in more detail!
