Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join a vibrant primary school in Dagenham.
This full-time role will focus on providing essential support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them thrive in a mainstream classroom environment.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support the educational and developmental needs of students with complex learning and physical disabilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure each child receives the tailored support they require to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and group support to students with complex needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.
