In this role, the support engineer will resolve technical cases created by customers looking for help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviours or to answer technical questions about the ServiceNow software and platform.
A successful candidate will be committed to providing amazing customer support experiences, using skills that include building trust, showing empathy and excellent communication to answer customer questions and resolve issues through various technologies including web, chat, email, case updates, as well as direct telephone support.

This role is packed with variety, offering the chance to dive into first and second-line support activities, all while getting hands-on with third-line IT support.
The System Support IT Services Engineer will bring technical expertise to the role and will be involved in many high-profile and critical support tasks and will therefore be exposed to all areas of the business.
This is a dynamic, varied and customer facing role that will allow the successful candidate to be involved in a variety of different duties and responsibilities across the technical support platform.
In this role you will be working with the Heads of Project teams to desing and devlop complex software products using C and Core Java, you will work on system integration activities and may well have an opportunity to get involved with the entire development lifestyle from architectual spec of products through to testing and validation.
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have strong knowledge of using C or Core Java (experience of both would be highly beneficial) whithin an Aerospace, Defence or Automotive setting.
