We are partenered with a UK based managed services company who are currently supporting an end client in Deeside. Together, we are recruiting for a 2nd / 3rd line Support Engineer on a contract basis to provide support to users on site.
General duties include:
- Floorwalking
- Troubleshooting user devices
- Troubleshooting complex MS application issues
- Perfoming active directory
To qualify:
- Highly experienced in managing and troubleshooting MS applications
- Highly experienced with active directory
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to commute to Deeside 5 days a week
