Your new role
An IT Engineer required to cover IT Support for a number of sites in the Northwest and North Wales through the use of a pool vehicle provided by the account.The Engineer will need to have the following experience/skills:
Previous experience of face to face and deskside customer support in a call centre environment or similar; Comfortable with discussion with both technical and non-technical end users; Able to work as part of a small team and independently as required; Familiar with current Microsoft OS Windows 10 and 11; Call logging and tracking system experience preferred; Clean UK Driving Licence
