As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the human resources operations for the UK business.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Working on site 5 days a week, this role is responsible for leading the HR function and health and safety aspects operationally across the organisation.
This role reports through to the team of Directors and is an opportunity for the right candidate to support growth plans and lead an existing team.
The ideal candidate will have good experience with Collective Consultations.
Execution of Business Change Projects
Primarily responsible for leading all aspects of UK collective consultation process including training of line managers, running elections and administering meetings and documentation.
HR Management including, but not limited to, developing & implementing policies and procedures, conducting recruitment, manage on boarding and off boarding, and maintaining employee records & HR database.
