Our client, an innovative company with a global presence is currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team in Uxbridge.

As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the human resources operations for the UK business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's strategic goals
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with local regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Lead employee engagement and development initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

  • Strong background in HR
  • Excellent understanding of HR best practices and legislation
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
  • Good understanding of payroll processes and software
