Here are some of your key responsibilities: Managing and coordinating international travel and diary schedules for senior executives. Handling communications including emails as well as meeting agendas, attendance, and meticulous minute-taking. Administering and sharing project documentation including invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, and engaging external resources as necessary. Assisting in the effective management of business and project reports, contributing to the review and development of policies, procedures, and standards. Serving as a central point of contact for new starts, overseeing onboarding processes and coordinating team and office inductions. What do I need? To excel in this role, you need: Proven experience in roles such as personal assistant, project coordinator, or similar administrative positions.
