We are working with several professional services firms and leading outsourcing providers across London that require Facilities Assistants on a temporary ad hoc basis to join their already established teams for various days, weeks and months. You will be immediately available, flexible and have previous facilities experience.
Duties will include:
- Provide general facilities support
- Setting up and organising rooms for meetings
- Lifting and shifting furniture to set up for meetings & events
- Assisting with IT teams to set up new desks and starters within the company
- General maintenance
- Assist with post room duties
- Reprographics
- Book technology specific repairs i.e. photocopiers, air con, printers etc.
- Assist with Arching and file management
