A role for a Service Charge Accountant has become available in our service charge team based in Birmingham.
The role is to work within the service charge accounts team, preparing and finalising the reconciliations of internally certified service charge accounts to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting full review of service charge expenditure and ensuring all posting errors are identified and corrected and posting journal transfers, accruals and prepayments as required.
Carry out reminder calls to customers for appointments
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
This role will be based at Nimmings Wood car park and caf, our main visitor area.
As the public face of our properties based at our outdoor welcome centre, you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
The Clent Hills covers over 550 acres of land and welcomes visitors from across the Midlands all year round.
