We are looking for our Guest Services Manager, who
Support the Guest Services team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Liaise with relevant Front of House teams to ensure guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, financial goals and responsible business targets are met.
Has full operational knowledge of all procedures, with a strong working knowledge of Opera.
As the Service Manager will own and deliver medium scale services or will take responsibility for part of a large service under the direction of a senior delivery manager, to client and cost, risk, quality and service performance targets.
Typically these services will include systems; applications, technical infrastructure, business process and IT service provision, using multiple delivery channels.
To provide a needs led service to adults with a learning disability by adopting a person-centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.
To maintain high standards ensuring the compliance within CQC framework.
Leadership and people management
To lead by example, and develop effective teams within the home.
