The Service Management Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the successful design, transition, testing and implementation of service management components, with a focus on the non-digital elements of the service.

Service Operating Model (SOM) and Service Management Handbook Development
Collaborate with digital and operations teams to develop the Service Operating Model and Service Management Handbook.
As the Service Manager will own and deliver medium scale services or will take responsibility for part of a large service under the direction of a senior delivery manager, to client and cost, risk, quality and service performance targets.
Typically these services will include systems; applications, technical infrastructure, business process and IT service provision, using multiple delivery channels.

To manage the provision of high-quality planning, timetabling, ILR, Funding and Analysis/ Reporting Services, working in conjunction with Executive director of planning, performance and information.
The role is a remote position with occasional travel to London/Birmingham, working normal office hours.
The role has an operational focus on 'hard services' areas of CAFM / IWMS, ensuring that internal customer needs are identified, understood and put into practice to provide a comprehensive single source of operation and information and ensure best practice use of available technology.
The Data Management Analyst will be the Subject Matter Expert on the creation of Management Information across all services, becoming part of a Centre of Excellence.
Duties and responsibilities
- Recommend and create MI reports to meet requirements for all service areas and for all audiences, becoming the Subject Matter Expert on data and insight activities.
