We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Client Services Manager to join the business on an initial 3 month contract.
As the successful candidate you will have strong experience in the fashion industry, providing outstanding customer service to clients and e-commerce exposure. Other responsibilities include:
- Communicating with clients on various channels on a daily basis.
- Developing a mastery of brand ethos and tone of voice.
- Prioritising queries and flagging issues with cross-departmental partners.
- Flagging any urgent issues that may have an impact on the wider business or business' reputation.
- Collaborating with the Head of Digital to improve processes, services and systems.
- Managing the contracted client service team.
- Handling the operations of the team and ensuring agents have the correct resources to fulfil
- their role and responsibilities.
- Implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards, and providing necessary
- training
- Providing weekly summaries of customer queries and complaints and providing updates to the
- Digital team
