My client is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the efficient running of our customer service operation.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds expectations and contributes to the company's growth by improving the customer journey.
Day to Day of the role
Oversee the workflow of all customer enquiries across various channels, ensuring quick resolution in line with company standards.
To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services in a professional manner.
To supervise the process of work, equipment, materials, labour and resources from inception to completion in line with Contract requirements and KPI's.
Responsible for the operations of the Cleaning Team and Catering Team and all soft services, delivering excellent Customer Service by ensuring all requests from users within the ELFT are executed in a timely, accurate and professional manner all within the agreed service level requirements.
