Location: Southall
Salary: £30,500 plus Bonus

A fantastic role has become available for a Customer Service Supervisor to join a very well-established business in the local area. They are really keen to meet with any customer service superstars who have previous experience in managing a team and are looking for a new challenge. This is a very varied role where no two days will be the same, and would suit a candidate who is looking for a role that requires a very hands-on approach!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Full management of assigned team including; coaching and training, appraisal reviews and 121's on performance
  • Assisting HR with recruitment
  • Creating call plans with team members
  • Drive team engagement and ensure customers are always receiving the highest quality of service
  • Ensuring compliance throughout the team
  • Handle customer escalations to resolve queries and complaints
  • Working with colleagues across all departments to drive continuous improvement

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in managing a team with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Minimum Intermediate level of Excel
  • Competent presentation skills
