The Facilities Engineer is responsible for completing routine and emergency repairs to equipment, fixtures, fittings and building systems (either with direct or indirect supervision), including basic carpentry, decorating, building repairs and mechanical trouble shooting.
Shift Pattern: Any 5 out of 7 days 40 hours per week 7am to 4pm

You'll manage the communications with Residents through an online portal which will involve uploading project information and responding to Resident enquiries.
Due to the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities new legislation, our client is required to communicate and engage on the progress of the Cladding Remediation Programme with impacted Residents on a regular basis, prior to, and during the assessment and construction phase.
