9am-5pm (with flexibility to cover evenings & weekends where required)
Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit 1 full-time experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Advisor, to support the Customer Service team in ensuring efficient, accurate processing of all customer orders and queries ensuring all key performance indicators and service levels are met.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Processing orders efficiently by telephone, or email to support the customer service team in meeting their service levels.
- Be proficient in processing orders for all customer types.
- Function as point of escalation for all customer issues during the shift.
- Make sure that all customer complaints are promptly responded to when received and responded to appropriately.
- Be willing to undertake any other duties in relation to the customer service team as may be reasonably required.
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
- Excellent listening, questioning and feedback skills.
- Very good computer skills
- Professional manner and good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm whilst still maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to resolve queries.
- Must have a flexible working attitude, as the role will require you to work a mixture of Day & Evening shifts.
