Maintaining service records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Working within our Data Centre, we are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking team player to join the existing team delivering our customer's data requirements.
Responding to and recording site-based information from both internal and external engineers into company databases.
Due to continued expansion they require an additional customer service administrator to work withing the customer service department in their Selby office.
The role is to work 9 until 5.30pm on a 12 month fixed term contract.
