Service Administrator

Our client is an established organisation, and they are looking for a Service Administrator to join their team based in South Leeds.

The Service Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department and the ideal candidate will be proactive and customer focused.

The role

  • Maintaining service records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitoring and managing the stock of spare parts and tools.
  • Supporting the collection of data and creation of quality reports.
  • Arranging collections and deliveries in relation to failed spare parts.
  • Assessing and managing repair data files.
  • Auditing technical documentation and raising issues with the quality team.
  • Monitoring supplier feedback and report to colleagues.

About you

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a service or technical environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Over 1 months of experience in a similar admin-based role.

As well as a competitive salary this role also offers hybrid working after training, on site parking and 23 days holiday which increase with service.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm.
