As Service Controller, you will be responsible for providing reactive incident and follow up maintenance to customers over the phone.
Additional duties include: - Liaise with internal and external customers throughout the incident, keeping them updated and informed of progress and investigating and resolving any ongoing problems and queries.
The successful Credit Controller will provide a credit control service to the company and its customers.
The role will involve
Build relationships with customers to provide an accurate, efficient and consistent credit control service.
Manage the sales ledger accounts, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds and reconciling against invoices, resolving account queries and managing debt recovery.
To provide first line support and assist with the closure of all service requests, problems and incidents that relate to IT services.
The primary objective of the IT Service Desk is to ensure the performance and cost-effectiveness of our technology, application, and infrastructure solutions.
This involves promptly identifying and resolving outages or performance issues, providing first-line support to end-users, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
